| The Port Isabel-San Benito Navigation District is host to a variety of businesses and industrial complexes. From those directly related to the port and its activities, to manufacturers.Deepwater facilities available at the Port offer a variety of opportunities to potential lessees. Facilities available include 1150 feet of deepwater docks and 2100 feet of deepwater frontage. A total of 52,000 square feet of warehouse space is also available complete with sprinkler systems. Additional facilities through the Port include pilots, tugs, line handlers, bunkering services, and independent stevedores.
